What we collect

The company and tax details you enter in the form, the name and position of the authorized representative, and the documents you attach, which may include identity documents. We also record the date on which you accepted this policy.

Why we use it

To verify customers and suppliers, to keep accounting, tax and e-invoicing records, and to meet our regulatory obligations. We do not use this data for marketing.

Who can see it

Only authorized ADVTECH GROUP staff can read your data and documents. We use service providers to host the form, store the data and send internal notifications: Cloudflare, Supabase and Resend. We may also share data when the law or a competent authority requires it.

Where it is stored

Your data and documents are stored outside the UAE, on servers in Australia. Our service providers may process limited technical data in other countries.

How long we keep it

We keep your data and documents for 12 months after our business relationship ends, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them for longer.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, subject to our legal obligations. Write to info@advtech-group.com.
